  • Scope of work. A comprehensive document detailing the project objectives, requirements, and deliverables to keep all stakeholders aligned.
  • Project roadmap. A high-level timeline outlining major milestones, phases, and key deliverables to keep the project on track and aligned with your goals.

Design

The design phase is where we collaboratively shape the user experience. We begin by mapping out the user journey to ensure we’re addressing all aspects of the intended use case.

Our design team will craft initial mock-ups to visualize the product, enabling you to see your ideas take shape. We then create clickable prototypes to simulate the user experience, allowing you to provide valuable feedback.

To ensure long-term usability, we develop a future-proof specifications document and outline a high-level project plan to guide development.

Included in this phase

  • Brand guidelines. A document defining brand elements like logo usage, color palette, typography, and tone, ensuring consistency across all product visuals.
  • User flow. A visual map of the user journey, outlining every interaction and touchpoint.
  • Mock-ups. Initial designs that reflect the look and feel of the product.
  • Clickable prototypes. Interactive prototypes that allow stakeholders to experience the product flow.

Build

With designs approved, we move into development, following an agile methodology to remain flexible and responsive to any changes in requirements.

Our team works in sprints to bring each feature to life, testing continuously to maintain high-quality standards. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is an essential part of this phase, allowing end-users to interact with the product and provide feedback.

We incorporate this feedback to refine and improve the product, ensuring it delivers a seamless user experience.

  • Code repository. We will help you setup code repository with access to the project’s code repository for full transparency and version control.
  • Technical documentation. Comprehensive documentation covering code structure, APIs, and dependencies to aid future maintenance.
  • Test cases and reports. A suite of test cases (unit, integration, and end-to-end) and reports detailing testing outcomes to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Product on UAT (V1 & V2). Iterative versions of the product deployed in a testing environment, allowing stakeholders to review progress and provide input before the final release.

Deploy

In the deployment phase, we work closely with you to establish a strategic launch plan. We handle the technical setup and support the go-live process, ensuring a smooth transition from development to production.

Our team provides hyper-care support post-launch, actively monitoring the product and addressing any immediate issues to ensure stability and optimal performance from day one.

Included in this phase

  • Deployment plan. A comprehensive roadmap outlining each step for production release, including rollback strategies and maintenance scheduling.
  • Cloud infrastructure setup. Configuration of a scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud environment (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to host the application, including networking, storage, and compute resources.
  • Product on Production. The final, fully operational product, live in the production environment and available to users, accompanied by monitoring and support to guarantee a successful launch.
  • Security and compliance. Implementation of essential security configurations, such as firewalls, access controls, encryption, and compliance measures based on industry standards.
  • Post-launch support. Immediate support coverage for troubleshooting and resolving any launch-related issues to stabilize the product.
  • Monitoring and alerts. Real-time monitoring and alerting to track system performance, uptime, and user activity, ensuring quick response to any issues.
